Vincent Schmitt works in various areas of taxation, both for international groups, both listed and unlisted, and in organising the wealth of families in different countries. He has developed particular expertise in the Wines & Spirits sector.
His areas of expertise include corporate taxation, taxation of business flows (including transfer pricing), financing and investment, property taxation, succession planning and management, and the international mobility of senior executives.
He is also heavily involved in managing and conducting all types of tax-related audits and litigation, both in France and cross-border.
Thanks to his mastery of tax treaties, his perfect knowledge of trusts and a network of correspondents throughout the world, Vincent Schmitt is recognised for his involvement in complex international transactions.
Vincent Schmitt has a degree in Business Law and Taxation from Strasbourg University and is a graduate of IAE Paris.
He is a member of the French branch of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
