Mireille Mull-Jochem, Partner since 2018, advises on corporate and private equity matters, with a particular focus on the structuring of management companies and investment funds.
She advises portfolio management companies as well as industrial and service groups on the structuring of their investment vehicles, as well as on all their regulatory and/or specific issues.
Particularly involved in private equity activities, she is particularly active in the following areas: structuring private equity investment vehicles, organising and registering portfolio management companies with the AMF, regulatory audits of management companies, assisting management companies with reorganizations/acquisitions/AMF inspections or litigation, fund ratio audits, eligibility of transactions for fund regulatory ratios, etc.
