Mahmoud El Gharabawy is a Partner in the Corporate practice at Hadef & Partners. Mahmoud has over 18 years of experience in the legal field acquired in both Egypt and the UAE, during which he focuses mainly on corporate, commercial, capital markets, M&A and finance transactions.
He has advised various local and international clients on transaction documents and deals involving private and public companies. He has extensive experience in corporate, merger and acquisitions and capital markets, including restructuring, IPOs, private placement, bonds/sukuk issuance, tender offers and rights issue.
Mahmoud obtained his law degree from Alexandria University in 2005, and subsequently an LLM in International Commercial & Business Law from Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indiana University in 2010. He is member of the Egyptian Bar Association since his graduation on 2005 and is currently admitted before the Egyptian Courts of Appeal.
