Career
Adv. Shani Ashkenasi leads the High Tech and Venture Capital segment within the Labor & Employment department.
Shani provides a wide range of legal advice to the firm’s clients including, the drafting of unique employment agreements, compensation mechanisms, legal opinions, crisis management, workforce reduction proceedings, sexual harassment inquiries, significant events, complex employment termination proceedings, obtaining permits, and the employment aspects of major transactions, such as transfer of undertakings in the context of M&A.
In addition, Shani has extensive experience in representing employers before all instances of the employment and labor tribunals, as well as before the Ministry for the Economy, including in matters of permits and inquiries relating to enforcement and regulation of Labor laws.
