Ilario Giangrossi is the Head and Coordinator of the Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & ADR department, boasting extensive expertise in civil, corporate, banking and financial law proceedings (including multi-party and cross-border cases).

His experience spans various areas such as liability actions, disputes on the validity of shareholders‘ and board resolutions, establishment and dissolution of joint ventures, breaches of shareholders’ agreements and acquisition contracts, and claims related to the obligations of directors and statutory auditors.

Ilario also has a consolidated experience in cases involving derivatives and structured finance products, as well as breach of duties by financial intermediaries.
He has been assisting major industrial and financial companies for years in a variety of disputes, including those concerning product liability, breach of supply and tender contracts (including in the energy and project finance sectors in general).

Ilario’s expertise also encompasses IP litigation and, over the years, his practice has extended beyond litigation to cover extrajudicial matters (having assisted banks and investment funds in complex private equity and M&A transactions).
