Davide Contini  is a member of the Advisory Committe, Head of the Litigation Department and Co-Head of the Banking, Insurance and Finance Department of the Firm. For over 25 years, Mr. Contini committed himself to the profession and has developed a high level of competence in banking and insurance law, both in Court proceedings and out-of-Court settlements, acquiring in-depth experience in the evaluation and implementation of banking, financial and insurance products and services, as well as in extraordinary transactions involving companies belonging to Italian and international banking and insurance groups. He combines his extensive knowledge in the aforementioned specialised sectors with years of experience in trials, having also taken part, alongside professor and attorney Francesco Galgano, in some of the most significant banking and corporate litigation cases.
