Career

Giancarlo Luglini specializes in M&A, corporate and commercial law, acquisition and divestiture of shares, companies and company branches, creation of joint ventures, draft and negotiation of commercial contracts and shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance, and assists industrial clients and private equity funds, both in Italy and abroad. He carries out his legal activity with a particular focus on infrastructures, transports and energy, and provides assistance to national and international investors in the development, acquisition and transfer of infrastructure and energy projects, and to companies operating in the above fields. Before joining Grimaldi, Mr. Luglini was partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf, and prior to that he was Senior Associate at Allen & Overy and Associate at Pedersoli e Associati. He also worked as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York.
