Peter is partner and attorney in our Corporate Commercial team where he advises Danish companies and international corporations.

His areas of expertise span a wide range within commercial law, particularly corporate law, financing law, foundations, distribution, and dealer relations.

With his extensive experience in board work, Peter also serves as chairman of several companies and foundations. His advice is based on solid commercial understanding with an approach that focuses on what is best for the company. He knows how to combine legal expertise with a deep business understanding to achieve optimal results.

Peter also has expertise in succession, inheritance law, and estates of deceased persons. He also acts as a court-appointed administrator in larger and more complex estates of deceased persons. His extensive experience enables him to handle even the most complex cases in these areas and ensure an efficient and professional process.

Peter is known for his ability to listen and communicate to the point, ensuring that clients are always fully informed and involved in the legal processes.
