Position

Per is partner and attorney in our Insolvency team. He advises companies on restructurings and all aspects of insolvency law.

With more than 20 years of experience, Per has built solid expertise in restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, and compulsory dissolution. He works closely with clients to find solutions that create value in challenging financial situations.

Per has right to audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is a certified insolvency attorney. He is also a member of the Debt Collection Agency’s attorney panel and advises on complex bankruptcy cases with a focus on efficient and responsible handling.

In addition to his specialization in bankruptcy and insolvency law, Per advises a number of companies on construction and tenancy law matters, arbitration cases, corporate law issues, and M&A.

Per is known as an attorney with high integrity, who quickly gains the necessary overview and calm mindset in complex and critical situations. He provides pragmatic and commercial advice, drawing on his many years of experience, focusing on finding solutions rather than creating conflicts.
