Position
Corporate and finance partner Karin Oberlin advises national and international lenders and borrowers in asset backed financing. She is specialized in ship and aviation finance, in aviation law and in general banking and financing matters. Karin Oberlin regularly assists clients in complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions and general corporate law matters.
Before joining MLL as a partner in 2015, Karin Oberlin worked as associate in the M&A department of another major Swiss business law firm and thereafter joined Credit Suisse AG as in house lawyer where she headed the transaction management team of the aviation finance department.
