Miodrag is a Partner in MMD Advokati with more than 10 years of professional experience in advising many clients in Serbia and in the region. He specialized in areas of M&A, employment, consumer protection and data protection. Miodrag heads the Employment Department within MMD.
As part of our team, Miodrag contributed to successful closing of many M&A transactions, including the recent sale of one of the biggest banks in the market.
He acquired substantial experience in employment law by way of participating in numerous collecting bargaining negotiations with almost all relevant union organizations, conducting demanding employee redundancy programs, conducting disciplinary procedures, as well as representation in high-value labour disputes.
