Career

Michal Forýtek is a Counsel in the Prague office of Kinstellar. He focuses on focuses on energy, competition, state aid and public procurement law.

Michal co-authored a Czech Energy Act commentary issued by renowned publishing house C.H.Beck and was also appointed to advise the relevant government body on the drafting of new Czech energy legislation. He is a regular speaker at various energy conferences and a frequent contributor to a number of specialised periodicals.

Kinstellar’s practice is highly regarded for its expertise in the projects and PPP space. The team draws upon the firm’s office network across Central Europe to support clients on cross-border mandates, often involving energy trading and distribution, public law planning and construction, and large-scale financing matters.
