The practice is co-led by Halldór Karl Halldórsson, who specialises in complex domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate law; Einar Baldvin Árnason, who advises major Icelandic companies and investment funds on corporate and commercial issues; and Bjarki Diego, who has over 30 years experience in corporate and commercial law. Ásgeir Ragnarsson is experienced in advising international corporations and financial institutions on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, while Baldvin Björn Haraldsson focuses on large M&A transactions in Iceland.
