Regardless of whether you need assistance in an aircraft lease transaction, regulatory overview of maritime claims, or a commercial contract designed to safeguard your interests in daily commercial transactions, I am here to help.
Career
Focus on transport law. Transport law is my main specialisation, covering aviation, rail, roads, maritime and inland waterways. I am qualified to consult on the regulation and operation of all modes of transport and am recognised by The Legal 500 as a next-generation lawyer in the field of shipping and transport. An academic background in transport law combined with international practice at the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport of the European Commission (DG MOVE) allows me to give quality advice on national, international and EU law, from both the business and consumer rights protection aspects.
Commercial contracts. I assist clients in drafting commercial contracts and advise on compliance matters related to complex commercial transactions involving logistics.
Trade regulation issues. Closely related to commercial contracts, trade regulation is another field I regularly work in, consulting clients operating in the transportation, food, agriculture and trade industries on diverse issues concerning wholesale and retail, warehousing and logistics. I was also involved as a national expert in a recent study conducted by the European Commission researching operational restrictions in the retail sector in the EU and Norway.
