Position

As a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A team, my main objective is to assist local and international companies and business owners in achieving their goals. I offer practical advice and tailored solutions for a wide range of matters in the M&A and corporate field.

Career

M&A deals. I provide legal assistance to a wide variety of clients at all stages of their M&A transactions – from signing a letter of intent, conducting and organising legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents, negotiating with the other side, to successfully closing the deal.

Corporate matters. Extensive knowledge and experience in corporate law matters allow me to provide advice to local and foreign clients on all their corporate law issues. I assist in matters such as company formation, corporate governance, restructuring, capital structure and dissolution of companies.

Startups. I have always been a fan of technology. And even though I chose to be a lawyer, I have stayed close to the technology sector by providing legal services to tech startups. I offer entrepreneurs legal guidance on properly structuring their companies, preparing for and successfully receiving an investment, and, finally, properly exiting their venture.
