Position

I am co-head of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector in Lithuania and a member of our Corporate and M&A team, with in-depth specialisation in the fields of corporate, M&A and financing. As an idea-driven lawyer, I am passionate about project management and all aspects of working on a transaction, from exploring investment opportunities and leading various workstreams to advising on integration.

Career

Among market leaders in M&A transactions. International M&A database Mergermarket ranks me among the top 15 individual lawyers by total number of major M&A transactions advised in the Baltics (credited for 26 transactions with total disclosed value of EUR 1.087 billion during 2005-2021).

Complex transactional and corporate experience. I have co-headed legal teams and participated as a legal expert in projects related to cross-border M&A transactions, international financing, multijurisdictional incorporations and security arrangements. I feel fortunate to be on a team which has advised probably the most complex projects that the region has seen so far.

Co-heading TMT sector group. As a tech business enthusiast and experienced M&A professional I dedicate my skills and experience to leading our team of TMT sector experts, well-equipped to assist sector clients in transactions and day-to-day business matters.

Client-focused approach. Regardless of whether counselling a large multinational or a small local family business, I am keen to focus on actual client needs and apply a client-centred approach. In every step of my professional life I strive to combine legal skills with commercial nous to deliver thoroughly tailored solutions for our clients.

Knowledge-sharing. With a strong belief that constant knowledge-sharing makes us better practitioners, I am an enthusiastic promoter of the culture and tools of knowledge-sharing across our firm, be it a traditional debriefing or a new legal-tech or AI platform.
