Faiz is a Consultant and a member of the firm’s Corporate/ Commercial practice.  He has significant expertise in company formation, liquidation, joint ventures, drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements, sale and purchase agreements, agency agreement, securities documentation and other contractual documentation. He advises foreign investors on all aspects of establishing and running their businesses in the Sultanate of Oman which includes all labour related issues, Oman labour law, drafting of employment contracts, employment manuals, advising on work permits/visas and Omanisation.
