Ahmad provided legal counsel to an international FMCG company on the compliance of digital charity campaigns in the UAE and KSA, navigating complex overlapping laws. He successfully transferred various domain names to a client via WIPO complaints for trademark infringement within 12 weeks. Ahmad facilitated a seamless name change for over six restaurants through Dubai’s Economic Department, leveraging a trademark ownership complaint. He led significant raids, seizing over 7,000 counterfeit items valued at USD 10 million, establishing a precedent in the region. Ahmad won trademark cancellation cases in UAE & KSA and actioned against exclusive commercial agency rights infringements in GCC countries.

Ahmad has earned a spot on the World Trademark Review’s WTR1000 list as a top trademark professional in the UAE. Additionally, he has been acknowledged as an IP expert by Asia IP and has received recognition from IP Stars/Managing IP and Spear’s Magazine.
