Mr. Manish Tully is a senior member of the Corporate Law practice with the Firm since January, 2005.

Manish has considerable experience in field of corporate laws, including capital markets (domestic and international) and has been primarily involved in advising clients on joint ventures, acquisitions, securitization transaction, private equity, IPOs and external commercial borrowings/ foreign currency convertible bonds, medium term notes. His forte includes conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating varied commercial agreements, rendering opinion on diverse issues under corporate laws, employment laws, advising on regulatory compliance, exchange control regulations and providing general corporate advisory to various domestic and international clients.
