Oleg Kachmar has been with Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm since 2005. Oleg practices mainly litigation and enforcement proceedings. Oleg is involved in commercial and contract litigation in construction and real estate, in particular the resolution of disputes arising from lease contracts, construction contracts and land-related matters. He has significant experience in working with commercial and general courts on disputes related to insurance and lending, as well as handling out of court settlement of disputes arising out of loan agreements, credit agreements and collateral (mortgage guarantee). In addition, Oleg specializes in cases handled by administrative courts, such as disputes related to state registration and purchase of brand name and generic drugs and the protection of data exclusivity. Integral parts of Oleg’s practice are enforcement proceedings, litigation related to seizure of accounts and attachment of debtor’s property, as well as public auctions. Also he specialises in insurance, energy customs and insolvency disputes.
