Dr Hermann Waldhauser advises the classic media of film and television, broadcasting, publishing and press, music, software, video games, telecommunications and advertising as well as new media and technologies in equal measure. The spectrum of advice ranges from the establishment, financing, acquisition and compliance of companies in the sector, to the production, distribution, licensing and marketing of intellectual and technical products and their legal enforcement, through to the development of exit strategies.
