Andrea has been involved in many of Gatti Pavesi Bianchi’s most significant extraordinary corporate finance transactions. He specialises in M&A, particularly with regard to acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and businesses, leveraged buy-outs, private equity transactions, joint ventures, takeover bids and exchange offers. He also advises on real estate transactions. He is the author of numerous publications on corporate law, with particular focus on group regulation and company direction and coordination.
