Position
Stefano Valerio specializes in M&A transactions, advising on the drafting of share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements as well as in relation to demergers and private equity transactions. He also specializes in assisting large group companies in financial distress, advising on their restructuring and pre-bankruptcy activities. He has also written several articles and editorial contributions which have been published in leading legal journals and was the co-author of the book “Tecniche di Private Equity”.
