  • Advised a large primary industrial insurer on coverage claims made by Philips in connection with its widely published recall of medical devices. We assisted in achieving a settlement between all insurers and Philips for an amount of €540m.
  • Acted as coverage counsel for Nationale-Nederlanden in this case with a more than 25m claim for cover with respect to geo thermal drilling.
