Maya Sabari is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.

Maya specializes mainly in Commercial Civil Litigation, Dispute Resolution and resolving crises at major large-scale corporations in the Israeli economy.

Maya is an expert in Securities Law and Corporate Law. Mainly, Maya specializes in directors, officers, and controlling shareholders’ liability in both private and public companies. Maya’s practice includes large-scale Class Action proceedings and complex Derivative Actions.

 

Maya’s clients are key actors in the Israeli economy and include prominent corporations, public companies traded in Israel and on international stock exchanges, banks, director and officers, and controlling shareholders of various companies in a broad range of sectors.

Maya serves as an arbitrator and as a mediator in commercial disputes. Securities Law and Corporate Law conferences and seminars often host Maya as a speaker.

From 2014 through 2018, Maya led the Litigation Department of a leading Israeli law firm.
