In the area of public contracts, Clément Nourrisson advises and represents public players with regard to the definition of their needs, and assists them in the implementation of their contracting procedures (public contracts, partnership contracts, concessions, public service delegation (DSP-Délégation de service public), administrative long-term lease (BEA- Bail emphytéotique administratif), temporary occupancy permits (AOT- Autorisation d’occupation temporaire) etc.) in numerous sectors (buildings, infrastructure, transport, energy, waste, water and sanitation, etc.).
