In the area of public contracts, Clément Nourrisson advises and represents public players with regard to the definition of their needs, and assists them in the implementation of their contracting procedures (public contracts, partnership contracts, concessions, public service delegation (DSP-Délégation de service public), administrative long-term lease (BEA- Bail emphytéotique administratif), temporary occupancy permits (AOT- Autorisation d’occupation temporaire) etc.) in numerous sectors (buildings, infrastructure, transport, energy, waste, water and sanitation, etc.). He also assists them in the performance of their contracts, in particular in the event of disputes over compensation or termination.
As regards public and parastatal structures, Clément Nourrisson regularly advises public players or associations in the context of the development of legal tools in several sectors (renewable energies, economic development, environmental compensation, land, etc.).
