She focuses on assisting and advising local and international clients on local and cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring projects, real estate transactions, financing and refinancing projects.

Prior to joining Luther, she worked more than 4 years in the Corporate M&A department of a Big Four in Luxembourg and the Corporate M&A department of a Luxembourg law firm.
