Evangelia’s focus lies mainly in the areas of Commercial, Corporate, Banking, Financial and Capital Markets Law. She advises our clients on the licensing procedure relating to payment institutions, leasing companies, Closed-End Venture Capital Mutual Funds and other regulated entities as well as on their regulatory compliance obligations set out in the relevant legal framework. Evangelia also participates in a variety of corporate transactions.
