Philip is a partner in the commercial property department and is head of Glovers’ hospitality and leisure team.

 

Career

He specialises in landlord and tenant work, principally acting for occupiers. He also undertakes property investment work.

He is listed as a ‘leading individual’ in the Legal 500 corporate occupiers section for London law firms.

His clients include cinema and bowling operators, a host of household name and acclaimed restaurant operators as well as pub and bar companies. He also acts for a number of well-known retailers.

He is described in the Legal 500 as being ‘knowledgeable and providing measured strategic advice’ and of heading a hospitality and leisure team that are ‘leaders in their field’ and ‘without doubt the go-to firm for hospitality and leisure clients’.

Philip was also chairman of a publicly listed restaurant company for nine years.
