Career

He specialises in acting for commercial occupiers, ranging from hospitality and leisure clients to London office occupiers. Paul also provides strategic advice for clients in the hospitality industry including in relation to distressed property portfolios.

Paul’s clients include national hospitality brands, Michelin starred restaurants and international entrants to the UK market. He also frequently acts for hedge funds and financial institutions advising on their office requirements.
