Jukka Blomberg has over 20 years’ experience handling business-related disputes in public courts and in arbitration, as well as by means of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Jukka regularly advises and represents clients in disputes involving damages, corporate law, contracts, employment relations and real estate-related matters.
He has a track record of dispute resolution covering a wide variety of arbitration rules, ad hoc arbitration proceedings, court litigation and mediation to various industry sectors and multiple types of business.
Jukka regularly acts as an arbitrator and is accredited as a mediator by the Finnish Bar Association.
