Career
Ianita Tui joined RTPR (Radu Tărăcilă Pădurari Retevoescu SCA) in 2008. Ianita has experience in real estate matters, as well as in advising domestic and international clients on various matters related to real estate and urbanism, public procurement, PPPs, concessions, corporate/M&A, public services (e.g. water and wastewater, solid waste management, infrastructure and public lighting), governmental public debt and municipal and corporate finance (including real estate and agribusiness finance), perfection of guarantees and securities and performance of complex due diligence exercises (including title to property, permitting, title insurance, mergers and dismemberments, mortgages and other collaterals).
She recently advised Regus on the negotiation and rental of seven new locations (Anchor Group, Skanska, Unirii View, Dorobanti Offices, Portland Trust Developments, Sun Plaza, Tiriac), as well as constant consultancy on its projects in Romania; ING Tech, the global software development hub of the ING group, on the lease of an office space with an area of 13,000 sqm for the new headquarters of the company; Prime Kapital on the acquisition of a shopping mall in the west side of Romania; Enterprise Investors on the sale of Profi supermarket chain to Mid Europa Partners and Asahi Group Holdings, Ltd. on its EUR7.3bn acquisition of the former SABMiller businesses in CEE from AB InBev, including Ursus Breweries, one of the largest beer producers in Romania.

Ianita Tui is a qualified Romanian lawyer, registered with the Bucharest Bar. She is also a member of the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations.
Education
Ianita Tui graduated from the Romanian-American University, Law Faculty and Internal and International Commercial Finance-Banking Relations Faculty in 2008.
