Career
Vlad joined RTPR in 2012. He has experience in advising domestic and international companies on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, day to day corporate advice, incorporation, restructuring and reorganisation of companies. He also specialises in capital markets deals.
Recent projects include consultancy offered to Innova Capital in relation to the acquisition of PayPoint Services and Payzone; Morphosis Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in EMI Equipement Maintenance Industrie; Sarmis Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Corporate Office Solutions (COS), a majority shareholding stake in Smart ID Dynamics S.A. and a majority stake in BMF Grup; Integral Venture Partners on its investment in Medima Health; DS Smith Plc regarding the acquisition of EcoPack and EcoPaper, two major producers of packaging and paper products in Romania.
Highlights of his capital markets experience include advising on Electrica’s IPO, Purcari’s accelerated bookbuilding transaction, Autonom’s first bond issuance, Autonom’s programme set up and the issuance of the first tranche of sustainability-linked bonds, UniCredit Leasing’s bonds issuance, the envisaged primary and secondary IPO and admission to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange of one of Romania’s largest privately-owned providers of infrastructure and infrastructure services by revenue, Grup Serban Holding’s private placement and admission on the MTF of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Agricover’s attempted IPO and admission to trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
