Diana is a Senior Associate at RTPR. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international companies on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, as well as employment law aspects such as cross border business transfers, immigration, problematic dismissals, union consultations and negotiations, management incentivisation as well as regular day to day employment matters. Her recent mandates include advising Orange Money Romania, part of Orange group, on the transfer of its retail business to Alpha Bank Romania; Intesa Sanpaolo Bank on the acquisition of First Bank from the American private investment fund J.C. Flowers; AS Piletilevi Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Departamentul Logistic Event S.R.L., the owner of the website bilete.ro; Catalyst Romania on the acquisition of a minority stake in Evolution Prest Systems, the company that owns the e-commerce website www.evoMAG.ro; an agricultural group in the portfolio of a private equity fund on the acquisition of two Romanian companies acting in the agribusiness sector; African Industries Group on the acquisition of World Class Romania; Autonom Services S.A. on the acquisition of Premium Leasing, the operational leasing business of Tiriac Group.
