Career

Cezara joined RTPR in 2017. Cezara has extensive experience in advising on commercial transactions, corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on employment mandates involving various aspects such as problematic dismissals, collective bargaining agreements, negotiations, management incentive plans. Cezara played a key role in many mandates, such as Macquarie Asset Management (MAM)’s sale of CEZ Vanzare to Premier Energy PLC, owned by the Czech private equity fund, Emma Capital; Romcim, part of the CRH Group, on the acquisition of Bauelemente Reinvest S.R.L. and its fully owned subsidiary, Bauelemente S.R.L.; Jean Valvis’ sale of a 20% stake in AQUA Carpatica to PepsiCo; Qualitance’s sale of the company to French technology group Alten; Enterprise Investors’ sale of the Noriel group; as well as Innova Capital’s acquisition of a majority stake in EMI. She also advised Meridiam SAS in relation to entering Netcity Telecom’s shareholding and Innova Capital on the acquisition of PayPoint Services SRL and Payzone SA from LSE-listed PayPoint group.
