Position

Adv. Nimrod Prawer possesses extensive experience and expertise in antitrust law and competition regulation. He regularly advises multinational and domestic companies regarding antitrust matters ranging from complex M&A transactions (where Nimrod accumulated unique expertise in cross-jurisdictional reviews of merger notifications) to ongoing counsel on antitrust aspects of commercial activity and competition enforcement by the Israel Competition Authority.

Nimrod represents both Israeli and international clients on the unique antitrust and competition aspects of the Israeli market, including the Law for Promoting Competition and Reducing Concentration 2013 (the “Concentration Law”) and the Promotion of Competition in the Food Industry Law, 2014 (the “Food Law”). He advises on competition and antitrust aspects of various litigation proceedings (civil, administrative, criminal), and provides ongoing counsel to leading clients regarding these proceedings.

Nimrod provides expert competition and antitrust counsel to numerous leading local and international corporations from a wide variety of sectors, including hi-tech, banking, transportation, telecommunications, retail, and more.
