London > Insurance > Personal injury: claimant

The personal injury practice at Anthony Gold Solicitors LLP  is headed up the ‘unbelievably bright and tenacious’  Jackie Spinks, who is particularly noted for advising claimants on severe cognitive injuries. The team fields professionals with ‘deep and long experience’ in personal injury, overseeing some of the most high-value disputes and settlements in areas requiring expertise in major trauma, working with both local and international clients in multijurisdictional cases. The team’s capabilities are augmented by David Marshall‘s expertise in cognitive and psychiatric injuries, while the ‘thorough’ Ian Peters is a key operator in the team for cross-border injury litigation, including polytrauma claims involving two or more injury types. Also litigating on behalf of international clients, Jenny Kennedy’s workload includes sophisticated cognitive and spinal cord injury disputes. Sana Bibi is highlighted for her ‘great judgment’ in cases pertaining to traffic collisions, workplace accidents, orthopaedic injuries and those resulting in amputations, areas that are also in the domain of Amanda Hopkins‘ expertise. Samuel David and Adam Dyl are both ports of call for complex physical, psychiatric and polytraumatic injuries cases.
