The ‘supremely knowledgeable‘ Jackie Spinks has taken over leadership of the personal injury team at Anthony Gold Solicitors LLP; a specialist in traumatic brain injury claims with a particular focus on child brain injury, Spinks is ‘meticulous in the preparation of her cases’. ‘Legendary practitioner‘ Jenny Kennedy provides expertise in complex brain, spinal and amputation injury claims to her cases, which are often cross-jurisdictional in nature, involving British nationals injured abroad or foreign national clients injured in the UK. Ian Peters similarly specialises in such international cases, along with acting for those who have suffered multiple trauma injuries. The team is also experienced in psychiatric injury cases, and those involving stress at work – the latter being a particular area of expertise for the firm’s managing partner David Marshall. Complex orthopaedic injuries are an area of strength for ‘steely litigator’ Sana Bibi. Samuel David was promoted to partner in May 2022. Adam Dyl is also recommended.
