Hema is a solicitor in our Injury & Medical Claims team and works exclusively with clients who have suffered injuries as a result of accidents at work, road traffic and public liability accidents. Working under the guidance of Partner Sana Bibi, she also assists on Sana’s high value, complex personal injury cases.

Recent settlements include:

• £110,000 settlement for a client who suffered severe orthopaedic injuries including a fractured shoulder and fractured tibia from a road traffic accident
• £95,000 settlement for a client who suffered severe facial injuries and a fractured ankle and fractured wrist because of a deliberate assault by an individual who then deliberately ran over the claimant
• £65,000 settlement for a client who suffered a wrist fracture and injuries to her foot following an accident at work. Hema secured funding from the insurers for rehabilitation which maximised her client’s recovery

Hema joined Anthony Gold in August 2017 from Hodge Jones & Allen, having qualified as a solicitor in 2013.
