Samantha advises and represents tenants in mould-induced asthma and housing disrepair claims. She has over 8 years’ experience in personal injury claims and completed her second, 14-month, trainee seat in housing. As a result of this work, she developed an interest in respiratory issues caused by poor housing conditions. Samantha has experience working on individual and group action claims. She is a passionate advocate of tenant and disability rights.

Samantha graduated with a 2:1 BA Joint Hons degree in History and Law from Oxford Brookes University in 2012 and completed her Legal Practice Course with a Master’s in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in 2016.

Samantha joined Anthony Gold in 2020. Before joining Anthony Gold Samantha worked for two national Legal 500 firms.
