Nickiesha Carter is a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer (FCILEx), based in our Streatham office. She manages residential property transactions which include leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, right to buy purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Nickiesha has nearly ten years’ experience in property law and enjoys the transactional nature of her work. She pays careful attention to detail, making sure that, should her client choose to sell or remortgage the property in the future, nothing unexpected will obstruct their plans.
Ensuring her clients know how their conveyancing transaction is progressing is of utmost importance to Nickiesha. Once she has completed a particular step, she informs her client and provides them with a copy of any relevant documents. This allows clients to ask any questions relating to the title, covenant, right of way, or information found in a property search. Nickiesha also focuses on keeping good relationships with estate agents and lenders. This helps ensure that her clients’ matters proceed swiftly and smoothly.
Having completed a law degree and then the Legal Practice Course with distinction, Nickiesha is now a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives – FCILEx). She has worked at Anthony Gold since 2012.
