Joy is an expert employment law solicitor. She has spent 40 years advising and representing trade unions and employees in employment, industrial and trade union constitutional matters and collective bargaining. She has acted on behalf of trade union backed claimants to the highest level in individual and collective claims which have become leading decisions in areas including discrimination, equal pay and holiday pay. The legal guidance and practical solutions she offers her clients is backed by this long and wide ranging experience.
Joy joined Anthony Gold in 2022 with her trade union clients as a Non-Member Partner. Joy is based in our London Bridge Office.
Since 2000, she has been consistently included in the Chambers and Legal 500 rankings.
