Position

Partner and Head of DZP’s Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Practice specialising in capital markets, contract law, corporate law, banking, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and securities. Andrzej is a long-term adviser to the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, a member of the Stock Exchange Council, and Exchange Court Judge. He has advised numerous Polish and international financial institutions on raising funds on capital markets and on management and employee option programmes. He is experienced in regulatory issues, investment policies and the introduction of new products Andrzej was also a participant in legislative work on the Commodity Exchange Act.

Andrzej joined the firm in 2000.

Postgraduate in Management at the Faculty of Management, Warsaw University; Degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, 1987.
