Position

Maciej specialises in financial institutions, capital markets and corporate law. He advises on capital market issues such as trading in financial instruments, acquiring significant shareholdings, running public tender offers, delisting and issuers’ reporting obligations. He provides regulatory advice to Polish and foreign financial institutions and fintechs, particularly investment companies and payment institutions. Maciej provides day-to-day advice to companies on internal corporate services. He also participates in M&A projects, particularly involving public and private equity companies. He supervises the preparation
of due diligence reports and co-creates main transaction agreements.

He uses his experience in transactions and corporate services in his role as leader of the DZP | Future project in which advice is provided to entities on the start-up and venture capital markets.
