Position
Advises companies on labour and social security law. She specialises in employment structuring matters, including civil forms of employment. She also advises on social security (classification of civil contracts, unemployment benefit, employee benefit contribution).
Justyna has extensive experience in representing companies in court cases. She also represents companies before the State Labour Inspectorate in inspections and the Social Security Institute in matters concerning obtaining interpretations of legal provisions, inspections, and appeals against decisions – including in particular at the stage
of court proceedings.
She runs training courses for companies on labour and social security law, especially on changing provisions. She has been a speaker at many conferences on labour law issues.
