• He has extensive experience of advising many domestic and foreign investors on the sale or purchase of companies or businesses either as a main client advisor responsible for direct comprehensive project management or as an expert or negotiator.
• He has participated many times in this type of transaction, either as the client’s chief advisor responsible for direct and comprehensive project management or being involved as an expert or negotiator.
• He has also managed a number of due diligence or vendor due diligence projects involving companies from various business sectors.
