• Provided Nigerian law advisory on the divestment by Alta Semper Capital LLP of its stake in Idi Holdings, a Mauritian SPV, being the parent company of HealthPlus Africa Holdings and the indirect parent company of HealthPlus Nigeria, Nigeria’s first integrative pharmacy. The consideration included shares in mPharma Data Inc, a Delaware registered entity committed to providing affordable and accessible medicine to Africa.
