  • Provided Nigerian law advisory on the divestment by Alta Semper Capital LLP of its stake in Idi Holdings, a Mauritian SPV, being the parent company of HealthPlus Africa Holdings and the indirect parent company of HealthPlus Nigeria, Nigeria’s first integrative pharmacy.
