In her role as partner and head of housing governance at Anthony Collins, Victoria specialises in advising on corporate structures, governance, stakeholder relations and collaborations, as well as supporting boards and executive teams on the delivery of their strategic plans.

Victoria combines commercialism and pragmatism in her advice and support for social housing providers, charities and social businesses. She has extensive experience advising clients on their corporate governance and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, joint ventures and collaborations, incorporations, winding up and de-registrations.
