Paul is a specialist in dispute resolution in the construction and engineering sector. He helps clients get their buildings and engineering projects delivered at the right quality, on time and on budget.
He can assist in any dispute environment whether relating to interim payments or final accounts, defective work, delays or arguments about work scope; from informal advice through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to adjudication, arbitration and High Court proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.
Paul has acted for the full range of project participants from institutional and developer employers through professional consultants, main contractors and specialist subcontractors. He has experience in all of the major standard forms of construction and engineering contracts and has advised on projects under complex PFI and bespoke contracts.
