An accomplished housing specialist, Jonathan is the head of both our housing sector team and the firm’s Manchester office. His frequent appearance in Legal 500 rankings is testament to his unparalleled expertise and experience, which includes supporting the housing sector’s response to the Voluntary Right to Buy scheme.

With over 30 years of acting for housing associations under his belt, Jonathan provides top legal advice for clients in affordable housing. He leads our stock rationalisation team to support registered providers buying and selling social housing portfolios. Jonathan works closely with our charities, local government and social business teams where clients of those sectors are involved with affordable housing issues and opportunities.

An integral part of the Anthony Collins’ network since 1997, Jonathan plays a key role in growing the firm’s presence in the North West. His drive stems from a desire to improve lives and communities with his unique legal insight.
