Position

Francesco is a Manager in the firm’s Banking & Finance Regulatory practice.

He has extensive experience providing counsel to both national and international credit institutions, investment firms, investment fund managers on a wide range of financial regulatory impacting businesses operating in the Banking and Finance sectors.

Francesco is especially noted for his experience advising clients on regulatory capital requirements, internal organization and corporate governance, outsourcing arrangements, remuneration, conduct of business rules, anti-money laundering obligations, acquisition of holdings in financial undertakings, distribution and marketing of banking / financial products and services, internal policies and procedures.

Career

Prior to joining EY’s Financial Services & Regulatory team in 2020, Francesco also worked with notable firms such as Dentons and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in addition to having experience working as in-house counsel at an international financial institution.
